I’ve had Crohn’s disease for 8 years and I always felt bloated and uncomfortable. I would have the occasional flare maybe once every 2 months. I did research and found these, I’m going on my second month. I think the only reason I’m not feeling as bad as I usually do is because of this multivitamin.
I have been taking this for the past few months for my ulcerative colitis. Honestly I feel great, had one minor flare up but nothing to extreme. I also switched to a low-FODMAP diet as well. Would recommend if you take many of these vitamins separate. The convenience is HUGE

IBDassist was originally created to help our loved ones who were diagnosed with IBD. We evolved from being a vitamin company into becoming a IBD Activist Movement. We have teamed up with non profits as well as major organizations to raise awareness for Crohn's and Colitis.
INSPIRATION
Our inspiration for starting IBDassist was to help as many people diagnosed with Crohn's and Colitis as possible. We realized that almost 75% of IBD patients are highly deficient in Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Magnesium. We realized that taking 10-15 capsules a day and spending over $100 a month on vitamins was not affordable or feasible.
